Adult Tennis Programme

Latest News:  July Newsletter Posted on 06/07/2020

We are keen to support and encourage all members to play tennis regularly and get involved in club activities, regardless of age or ability.  However, we also recognise that as a beginner, improver or returner it can be daunting to be thrown into a fast-paced match alongside experienced players.

In an effort to ensure everyone feels comfortable, enjoys well-balanced games and has the opportunity to improve their skills, we run an extensive programme of regular coaching and club sessions.  We will continually review the programme offered and seek to introduce new and exciting activities.

We are keen to encourage those new to tennis and potential new members to come and “try us out”, without any commitment.

The Government is keen to encourage people to keep active in these difficult times and has recognised that tennis is one of the few sports in which social distancing can be maintained. Therefore we have introduced new adult activities - so there are no excuses. The latest Government and LTA guidance can be found here and our amended summer programme is below.
