We are keen to support and encourage all members to play tennis regularly and get involved in club activities, regardless of age or ability.  However, we also recognise that as a beginner, improver or returner it can be daunting to be thrown into a fast-paced match alongside experienced players.

In an effort to ensure everyone feels comfortable, enjoys well-balanced games and has the opportunity to improve their skills, we run an extensive programme of regular coaching and club sessions.  We will continually review the programme offered and seek to introduce new and exciting activities.

We are keen to encourage those new to tennis and potential new members to come and “try us out”, without any commitment.  


Events Diary

Club Sessions

Saturday 10:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday 10:00AM – 1:00pm
Tuesday 6pm – 10pm
Tuesday Commuter Club from 7:30pm
Thursday 6pm – 10pm

These are friendly, informal sessions where you have the opportunity to play doubles with other members.  They take place as above, apart from the first Saturday and last Sunday of the month, when they are replaced by:

Monthly Club Tournament

First Saturday of the month
  • 10am – 12:30pm
  • Club and team players who want to play in a competitive tennis session
  • 25 minute matches with players changing partners each round


Free Coaching

We offer a range of free or discounted coaching sessions and events during the course of the year. Watch your email for the club news for details. 

Tennis Challenge

Last Sunday of the month
  • 10am – 12:30pm
  • Improvers, returners and club players happy to help others gain experience and confidence
