Our Fees

Our membership fee are very reasonable and fully inclusive, covering virtually every aspects of play at the club. There are no additional charges for courts, lights, entry into club sessions, tournaments or team play. We even provide balls for club sessions. Annual membership runs from 1st March 2022 to 28th February 2023. New members joining after 1st September 2022 will pay half the annual rate. Subscriptions include the LTA affiliation fees and are as follows:-

Membership Form For New Members

Please note:-

  • Your membership can not be processed until your membership fee has been received. Our preferred method of payment is by BACS to:-      Account Name - Haslemere Tennis Club Ltd  -  Account Number 00390461  -  Sort Code 20 31 06 (please enter the members name as a reference)  
  • All boxes marked * are mandatory and must be completed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your application form has been submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation (please also check your junk/spam box) your application has not been sent successfully. Please re-submit using  a PC or a tablet, as some people have experienced difficulty submitting the form via their mobile phone.

Preferred option: please arrange payment via Bank Transfer to Account Name:- Haslemere Tennis Club Ltd Account No: 00390461 Sort Code: 20-31-06 with your name as a reference on the online payment. If you select Cheque / Cash, you will need to contact the club to arrange payment.

In line with General Data Protection Regulations we need your authorisation to hold your contact details. If you do not agree to us holding this information, we will not be able to communicate with you, to advise you of events, Wimbledon Draw, membership renewals etc. We will not share or divulge your details to any third party and we will remove your details immediately on request.

By choosing to take up membership of the club you are declaring:-

  • That you agree to abide by the rules of Haslemere Tennis Club.
  • That you are fit and well to play tennis and will not play against the advice of a medical practitioner.
  • The club is not responsible for any injury which you may incur and you play at your own risk.
